KXAOS Swim was created to fit and feel like a second skin, our products are made with the highest quality fabrics. Consisting of 82% Nylon and 18% Spandex, constructed with a seamless finish made to stretch and mould to all body types. Our suits are designed to fit snug to the body to accentuate any and all curves, without digging into the wrong places!

Without sounding too Canadian, we're so sorry you didn't fall in love with your KXAOS order. Please contact us with your order number and postal code to get started on your return or exchange. Looking for all the details? Feel free to browse our Returns page here.


Unfortunately not babe! When a return is initiated, a specific inquiry is generated and assigned to that order number/item.


We provide store credit or exchanges on returns, as long as they meet the requirements listed in our return policy! Please see here for more details.


Place, Process & Sew, Package, Ship. Here’s how it all works: you place an order, we process and sew it, package it with love, then we ship! First, you place your order which only takes a few seconds. Next, your package goes into processing, where we sew every piece by hand, this can take up to 2 weeks (1 week with express) since it is made to order. Finally, our shipping carrier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, to let you know it's on the way!
*Ps. during high volume times like sales or launches our processing days might take slightly longer.


Once orders have been placed, we work extremely quickly to ensure all orders are processed, made to order, and packed ASAP! Given that, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Sorry, hun! Once an order has been placed, we cannot retroactively add a discount. This applies to both products bought at full price that are now on sale AND sale products that have become even more discounted after purchase.


Store credit will be issued to customers via gift card, completing a return or exchange, to be used toward the repurchase of a different size, style or item. All gift cards will be issued for the full value of items being returned. To apply your gift card to your order, simply put the code received through your email into the box that says “Gift Card or Discount Code”. Your gift card will be valid indefinitely. Please Note: Orders are limited to one discount code or gift card per purchase.

We're so sorry about that! While we do our very best to ensure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve this ASAP! After 30 days from your order being placed, any damages to your suit are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing damage.


If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we’re so sorry about that! Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be sure to get you the KXAOS you ordered!
