Orders are processed within 2 weeks of purchase as they are handmade to order by me! This may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops.

Shipping rates/options are calculated at checkout.

Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to courier and/or customs delays. *Please allow for an additional 5 business days for Duties and Customs processing on all UK, Australia and International orders*

KXAOS is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered.


1. A return form is included in each package. If you have lost your return form, you can print a blank copy from our website here.

2. Fill out all of the required information on the return form including your order number, SKU number (found on the tag or sticker) of the items you are returning and the return code.

3. Securely pack your merchandise, return in a box, envelope or bag of your choice. Use original packaging if possible!

4. Once your package is ready, choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send to the address below:

5. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as Canada Post, UPS or Canpar. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning, to ensure that the package has been delivered back to our warehouse.Return shipping is not refundable.

・Once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email titled "Notice of Refund" which is a copy of the refund for your records.

・The refund will be processed back onto the original method of payment used for purchase, and can take up to 5-7 business days after your return has been received.

・Original shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.

・Online returns are eligible for a refund only.

REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE

KXAOS accepts returning items for store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits and will not expire.

・Returning items are not eligible for refunds.
・All orders are subject to 2 weeks of processing time before being shipped out, as all pieces are handmade to order.
・All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
・We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
・Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
・International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
・Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.
・KXAOS is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered.
・All returns must arrive at our return within 14 days of delivery for Exchange or Store Credit.

SALE & DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE

All site-wide sales and discounted purchases of 20% or more are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for exchange or gift card.


Canadian orders will not be charged duties.

KXAOS is not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot estimate or advise the cost of these charges as they will vary according to country.

Since these fees are not generated or applied by KXAOS. If you are unsure about the charges that may occur, please contact your local customs office for further information.
